Eight Sleep, Inc. seeks a product designer to shape the mobile app with a blend of UX and UI, delivering seamless experiences that help users optimize sleep.

You will own design from concept to ship, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research to craft high-quality, data-driven interfaces. You will run usability studies, translate insights into design decisions, and build a scalable UI library.

Competenze

• 4+ years of UX and UI design experience, with a mobile-focused portfolio.
• Delivered designs to public users with measurable impact.
• Balances user value with technical feasibility.
• Experience coaching junior designers and collaborating with PMs and engineers.
• Comfortable leading end-to-end design in ambiguous environments.
• Willing to travel occasionally to Milan or San Francisco.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end design of the Eight Sleep mobile app.
• Conduct usability studies and user interviews.
• Iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative data.
