Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, IT is seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer to lead local supply chain procurement, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with project management, engineering, and the supply chain team to optimize material flows, negotiate PO terms, and mitigate risks.

About The Role

As a Senior Procurement Engineer you will lead procurement activities related to local Supply Chain, ensuring that you deliver components on time, on budget, and meeting all applicable quality requirements.

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be located at Monfalcone, IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, place and administer purchase orders with suppliers
• Coordinate, maintain and expedite material deliveries to ensure you maintain manufacturing schedules
• Interface between project teams including project management and engineering and the supply chain organization
• Lead decision-making, face potential issues and elaborate mitigation strategies

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
• Previous experience in manifacturing companies
• Technical drawings interpretation
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• We consider SAP knowledge a plus.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The annual gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be from € 44.500,00 to € 57.000,00.
