Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking a Fabrication Analyst to upload actual man-hours and manage reporting to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will report to the OPEX Manager and work on the fabrication activities, updating the Working Progress Plan and aligning planned vs actual hours.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic Excel, and English knowledge, with a competitive base salary and a structured development path.

• Knowledge of English (A2 level) required.

About The Role

As a Fabrication Analyst you will be responsible for uploading actual man-hours and managing reporting activities related to fabrication efficiency to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

You will report to the OPEX Manager and be located in Monfalcone site with a temporary employment contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill in and verify daily reports regarding actual man-hours;
• Verify that planned hours align with actual hours worked;
• Propose man-hour adjustments to Manufacturing Engineers;
• Produce and update the Working Progress Plan (Production Gantt Chart) for all fabrication activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, validation and organization);
• Knowledge English languages (min. A2 level).

The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €28.500 to €31.750.
