DiaSorin S.p.A. is hiring a Process Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across end-to-end processes. You will pinpoint improvement opportunities, build business cases, and track benefits to ensure sustainable results.

The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, collaborates with Engineering/IT on data automation, and fosters a data-driven culture with clear RACI ownership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical) or other Technical/Scientific disciplines.
• 3+ years in Operational/Process Excellence or similar roles in structured environments.
• Experience in regulated industries (IVD/medical devices/pharma) is a plus.
• Strong background in reviewing performance plans and schedules.

Mansioni

• Apply Lean/Operational Excellence tools to eliminate waste and stabilize processes.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional workshops with proper prep and follow-up.
• Map processes, analyze data, identify root causes, and update SOPs with process owners.
• Develop KPI governance, data sources, calculations, targets, and dashboards.
