Job summary

DiaSorin is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across end-to-end processes. You will quantify opportunities, develop business cases, and track benefits, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and integrating AI/automation where appropriate.

The role emphasizes governance, KPI systems, and data-driven decision making, with interaction across Operations, IT, and Engineering to support strategic transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 3+ years in Operational/Process Excellence or similar roles.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong KPI and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean tools to eliminate waste and stabilize processes.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional workshops.
• Map processes, analyze data, identify root causes, define countermeasures.
• Develop and govern KPI definitions, data sources, and targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering/IT on digital initiatives and automation.
• Prepare dashboards and support performance reviews with leaders.
