RINA is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Categorie Protette) to join the Plant Engineering Division in key Italian offices. The role focuses on process design, optimization, and project execution across energy projects, ensuring safe and efficient operation of energy assets.

You will lead engineering activities across the project lifecycle, review critical deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, and heat/material balances, and provide technical guidance to a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years in process engineering in the energy sector.
• Fluent in English; Italian language skills preferred.
• Registered as protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99.

Mansioni

• Lead process engineering activities from feasibility to commissioning.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances and datasheets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and client requirements.
• Support proposal preparation and scope estimation.
