Angelini Pharma in Rome is seeking a highly qualified Privacy Officer to lead the privacy program and GDPR compliance across the organization. The role requires 6-8 years of experience in international environments and the ability to provide strategic and operational guidance on data protection matters.

You will work closely with Legal and IT, oversee DPIAs/LIAs, manage data subject rights, and deliver ongoing privacy training. A Master’s degree in Law with privacy specialization is preferred.

• 6-8 years of experience in international or complex corporate environments.
• Experience in GDPR compliance and data protection.
• Excellent communication and ability to train awareness among personnel.

Mansioni

• Ensure GDPR compliance and corporate privacy policies.
• Primary contact with supervisory authorities and data subjects; ensure timely communication.
• Provide strategic and operational advice on privacy and data security to departments.
• Monitor data protection risks; develop DPIAs and LIAs.
• Oversee data subject privacy requests and fraud management activities.
• Draft, update, and maintain data processing documentation and records.
• Plan and deliver training on personal data protection and information security.
• Support digitalization projects with privacy by design considerations.
• Collaborate with Legal and IT to resolve data breach issues.
