Intuitive is hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection to lead EMEA privacy programs for a global medical device leader. You will advise on GDPR and related laws, shape product compliance, and partner with medical, R&D, and commercial teams to enable market access while protecting data privacy.

The role requires seniority, project ownership, and the ability to train teams, manage data requests, and interface with external authorities.

Competenze

Minimum 10+ years of experience with privacy laws, particularly GDPR.
Law degree and licensed to practice; JD or equivalent required.
CIPP/E certification required; additional privacy certifications are a plus.
Hands-on experience advising cross-functional teams on data privacy and protection.
Experience with product development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and HR contracts.

Mansioni

Advise on EMEA privacy and data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR.
Guide product development for EMEA compliance of new and enhanced products.
Provide legal guidance on clinical trials, research, data analytics, and commercial contracting.
Collaborate with privacy team to shape global privacy strategies and training.
Support data subject requests and liaise with authorities as needed.
Develop professional contacts and participate in relevant organizations.
Promote a culture of privacy compliance across the company.
