Hitachi invites a Senior Project Lead Engineer to guide multidisciplinary teams in grid and power quality projects across Europe, ensuring safe installation, commissioning, and risk assessment. You will act as design authority and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver reliable energy solutions.

You will apply engineering standards, contribute to proposals with estimates, and oversee subcontractors within a lean collaboration framework.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and people with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
