ams OSRAM is seeking a senior Technical Leader to drive strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept to production. You will lead multi-disciplinary IC programs, steer technical decisions across organizations, and mentor project leaders and senior engineers.

Interface with customers, partners, and senior management to align technology with business goals. The role requires 15+ years in semiconductor development, an MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, and advanced CMOS

Competenze

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
15+ years semiconductor development experience.
Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products.
Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation.
Product development lifecycle.
Risk and stakeholder management.
Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
