ams OSRAM in Lombardia, Italy, seeks a Technical Leader for broadband optical ICs to guide development from concept to production. You will drive multi-disciplinary IC programs and interface with customers and senior management.

The role requires a PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years in semiconductor R&D, and proven leadership across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation, including FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes.

Competenze

PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
15+ years semiconductor development experience.
Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products.
Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation.
Product development lifecycle experience.
Risk and stakeholder management.
Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
