ams OSRAM in Italy seeks a technical leader to drive broadband optical IC developments from concept to production. You will provide company-wide technical leadership and mentor project leaders and senior engineers.

You will lead complex multi-disciplinary IC programs, drive decisions across organizations, and establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation. Interface with customers and senior management while aligning technology strategy with business objectives.

Competenze

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
15+ years semiconductor development experience.
Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products.
Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation.
