ams OSRAM is seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to drive strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept to production. The role requires leading multi-disciplinary programs, interfacing with customers and senior management, and aligning tech strategy with business goals.

Candidates should have MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years in semiconductor development, and proven leadership of multiple products, including advanced CMOS nodes like FinFET or FD-SOI.

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years semiconductor development experience.
• Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products.
• Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation.
• Product development lifecycle experience.
