ams OSRAM is seeking a senior engineer to define and lead broadband optical communication IC architectures, driving technology roadmaps and system-level designs. You will lead trade-off analyses, translate requirements into subsystems, and guide multiple teams across development and validation cycles in a fast-paced, advanced CMOS environment.

The role requires extensive experience in optical IC architectures, PHY design, and collaboration with customers to align roadmaps with technology

Competenze

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
15+ years semiconductor IC development experience.
Broadband optical communication IC and PHY architectures; high-speed optical links and link-level trade-offs.

Technical authority responsible for defining broadband optical communication IC architectures and technology roadmaps.
Defines architectures for broadband optical communication ICs and provides technical leadership for strategic developments.
Develop system and IC architectures.
