Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Senior Principal Mechanical Project Engineering Manager to lead the Mechanical Engineering team in delivering robust, manufacturable, and validated machines and assemblies. You will guide design verification, documentation, and collaboration with suppliers and machine builders.

Based in Genova, Italy, you will drive standardisation, modularity, and cross-functional interfaces while traveling across EMEA and globally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of experience in mechanical design and project engineering for automated equipment or machinery.
• Senior technical experience such as Principal Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Manager preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design fundamentals, verification, and release processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and methodological leadership to the Mechanical Engineering team.
• Define and improve mechanical engineering standards, methods, and best practices.
