Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Power Systems/IPG to lead large, complex power generation projects from contract award through commissioning. You will manage multifunctional teams, relationships with executive customers, and drive commercial outcomes to ensure safe, predictable, and profitable delivery.

You will mentor other project managers and contribute to continuous improvement across the Power business, with a focus on risk management and global execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• Significant experience managing complex industrial or power projects (min 5 years).
• Strong track record delivering large capital projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of gas turbine technology, power generation systems, EPC projects is preferred.
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
