GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end upgrades and relocations of industrial gas and steam turbines across Europe. You will manage complex projects with a focus on safety, quality, and financial performance, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high standards of execution.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a remote, multinational environment. Hybrid work model and international travel are supported.

Competenze

• Experience leading large-scale industrial service projects in power generation.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project execution with focus on safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to project sites.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end execution of turnkey power generation service projects, ensuring delivery against contractual, financial, and safety targets.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers as the primary point of contact and drive resolution of project challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, and field operations to achieve on-time, within-spec delivery.
