Baker Hughes is seeking a Project Management Senior Specialist for Climate Technology Solutions in Italy. You will lead complex EPC projects, ensuring financial performance, on-time delivery and high quality while coordinating with multi-functional teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires an Engineering Master’s degree and PM experience in energy, with willingness to travel internationally and participate in innovative hydrogen and CCUS initiatives.

Competenze

• Engineering Master’s degree and PM experience in Oil&Gas, Energy or Industrial sector.
• Strong focus on value delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA) preferred.

Mansioni

• Drive project delivery with the team and supporting functions.
• Own project financials, on-time delivery and quality targets.
• Manage risks, reporting, and project close-out.
• Interface with SMEs across hydrogen, CCUS, turbomachinery and digital solutions.
