Baker Hughes is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital products and customer training within the GTS Digital Services team. The role requires overseeing scope, time, cost, and quality across projects and coordinating with internal and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate will have an IPMA or PMP certification, fluency in English, and 3+ years in project management, with experience in Oil & Gas or energy sectors. Willingness to travel is expected.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience or certification in IPMA or PMP is required.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas or energy is preferred.
• Minimum 3 additional years in a Project Manager role; high school or bachelor’s degree accepted.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Drive all activities related to supervision, organization, execution of digital and training projects, including scope, time, contract, cost and quality management.
• Set and enforce project methodologies and standards, including scheduling and control, to meet customer expectations.
• Plan and implement projects, manage scope, and coordinate project teams (including contractors).
• Interact with customers to ensure project delivery, provide updates, schedule work, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Manage invoicing and payment collection, identify deliverables and margins, and control costs.
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle to maximize value and profitability.
• Support ITO, digital sales and solution architects during change orders negotiations with customers.
