Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead plant operations and maintenance programs, supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate safety and regulatory compliance to ensure reliable power production. This on-site role requires strong leadership, vendor coordination, and familiarity with EAM systems across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate will hold a technical bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, including 5 years

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a technical field plus 7+ years related experience including 5+ years in management.
Strong leadership and supervisory能力 to manage plant operations and maintenance.
Experience with budgeting, vendor selection, and regulatory compliance (NERC/FERC).

Mansioni

Manages plant operations and maintenance personnel and assists Plant Manager.
Implements and monitors safety programs and environmental compliance.
Inspects plant equipment and oversees maintenance scheduling and reporting.
Coordinates planned maintenance and budget reviews with the Plant Manager.
Ensures proper use of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
Develops and maintains work schedules to minimize overtime and optimize productivity.
