Advanced Energy is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to lead major facilities projects, including production layout improvements and infrastructure upgrades. The role emphasizes efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability of plant utilities, with strong focus on preventive maintenance and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a PEZA/DOLE familiarity, 8+ years in industrial facilities, and a PRC-licensed engineer.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PRC licensed engineer.
• 8+ years of facilities engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience in facilities management and project execution.
• Knowledge of PM processes: scope, cost, scheduling, close-out.
• Ability to interpret engineering design plans, drawings, and calculations.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with contracts, bid evaluation, and contractor management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with budgeting, billing reviews, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead facilities and plant management projects across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, close-out.
• Develop complete project documentation: scope of works, cost estimates, schedules, specs.
• Coordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations for safe, compliant execution.
• Prepare bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades and construction works.
• Create design plans, calculations, and construction drawings for implementation.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Coordinate with external agencies (PEZA, DOLE, Meralco, others) for regulatory permitting.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, progress billings, and financial reporting.
• Prepare risk assessments and reports to support management decisions.
