Job summary

Partner Company in Italy seeks a Senior Product Manager for Finance and Account Management in a remote, globally-distributed setting. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for payments, billing, invoicing, and account lifecycle, collaborating across regions to optimize processing costs and fraud controls.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define MVPs, and leverage SQL and AI tools to improve decision-making and revenue. This is a full-time remote leadership role aligned with UK hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years in payments/fintech.
• Experience with payments, billing, invoicing, and risk controls.
• Knowledge of VAT/GST invoicing and revenue accounting.
• Proven impact on costs, revenue, and fraud reduction.
• Experience leading multiple squads and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Finance and Account Management.
• Reduce payment costs, manage multi-currency settlements, and disputes.
• Drive revenue through pricing, fees, and VAT/GST invoicing across regions.
• Lead end-to-end account lifecycle, verification, roles, and permissions.
• Define fraud prevention and risk measures across onboarding and payments.
• Collaborate with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, and Eng.
• Establish KPIs for costs, revenue, payment success, and fraud losses.
• Prioritize opportunities, define MVPs, measure results, iterate.
• Write PRDs and assessments with trade-offs and data considerations.
• Apply AI tools to product discovery and data accuracy.
