Job summary
Novartis Italia is seeking a Senior Expert Engineering for the Colleretto Giacosa Pilot Plant in Ivrea. You will provide technical leadership, manage maintenance programs, and drive reliable plant performance in a highly regulated pharma environment.
The role requires an engineering degree (industrial) with 7+ years in plant engineering, proficiency in Italian and English, and strong experience with SAP, CAD tools, and asset management.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree in Engineering (industrial field) or equivalent.
- Desirable MSc in Engineering (industrial field) or equivalent.
- At least 7 years in Plant Engineering or similar in pharmaceutical or highly regulated field.
- Extended HSE and GxP knowledge; radioprotection knowledge is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas to diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance strategy, programs and budget.
- Ensure technical availability, reliability, and condition of production plants.
- Coordinate external resources and manage equipment/systems suppliers.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Quality standards.
