Job summary

Bracco Imaging S.p.A. is seeking a Project Engineer in Italy to lead Capex projects for API manufacturing. You will coordinate internal SMEs and external contractors, ensuring budget control, compliance with PED/ATEX and cGMP standards, and timely delivery.

Requires MSc in Chemical Engineering and 5+ years in API production. The role offers a permanent contract, a salary range of €50,000–€60,000 gross per year, and collaboration within Global Technical Operations / Site Engineering Team.

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemical Engineering, 5+ years in API production.
• Experience in GMP-compliant commissioning and qualification.
• Strong budgeting and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Manage Capex projects from feasibility to handover.
• Coordinate internal SMEs and plant functions to meet deadlines.
• Oversee external engineering firms and contractors.
• Provide periodic progress reports and final balances.
• Update project documentation and archive transfer.
• Coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ testing of new installations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance on plant improvements.
