Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Senior Production Technician to join our Pilot Plant team in Ivera, Italy. This role combines hands-on manufacturing with problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant clinical supply delivery.

You will contribute to technology transfers, qualification and validation activities, and the introduction of new manufacturing capabilities while developing your technical expertise in a highly innovative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of GMP manufacturing or technical experience.
• Two years experience in sterile injectable production.
• Fluent Italian and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing, preparation, and packaging of sterile radiopharmaceutical products.
• Execute production activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead preparation and verification of materials, production kits, and documentation before manufacturing activities.
• Support technology transfer, qualification, and validation activities through operational expertise and process knowledge.
• Deliver training on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, documentation practices, and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, supporting investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, compliance, efficiency, and operational performance.
