Job summary
Novartis is hiring a Senior Expert Engineering for the Colleretto Giacosa Pilot Plant in Ivrea, Italy. You will manage Pilot Plant equipment and facilities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance across HSE and GxP standards, while coordinating with global engineering standards and external service providers.

Qualifications
- Minimum degree in Engineering (industrial field) or equivalent.
- Desirable MSc in Engineering (industrial field) or equivalent.
- Extended knowledge in industrial systems (utilities) and pharmaceutical production equipment.
- Experience in radiopharmaceutical production is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise and technical leadership to the team and TRD RLT network.
- Coordinate and manage equipment and systems suppliers as needed.
- Lead maintenance strategy, budget and execution.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Manual / SOPs / GMP standards.
