Job summary

Webuild is seeking a Senior Planner for international projects, based on-site in Milan, Italy. You will lead work planning and scheduling, ensuring CPM-based baselines and on-time progress against contractual deadlines.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to optimise resources and timelines. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of planning experience in the large infrastructure sector, fluent English, and strong expertise with Primavera P6, MS Project, TILOS and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, Civil preferred.
• 5-7 years in planning role, large infrastructure experience a plus.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline work programmes and schedules (CPM).
• Monitor progress, analyse deviations and performance (Earned Value).
• Coordinate with Contract, Cost Control, Purchasing and Production teams on detailed planning.
