ING Italy is seeking a Payments Contract & Partner Management Expert to own end-to-end relationships with card schemes, processors, and other strategic providers within Cards & Payments. You will lead contract negotiations, lifecycle management, and governance, embedding regulatory and resilience requirements in agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Milan setting.

Formación

• Experience in contract management and negotiations within payments or financial services.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements and improve terms, SLAs and protections.
• Strong financial acumen: pricing models, incentives, costs and business cases.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Fluency in English and Italian; able to operate independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract renewals, amendments and renegotiations with procurement support.
• Maintain overview of contracts, pricing, incentives, liabilities and deadlines.
• Drive opportunities to simplify terms and increase value delivered by partners.
• Govern partner relationships and perform regular business and service reviews.
