Key responsibilities include reconciliation oversight, SLA monitoring of third-party providers, cross-functional collaboration with banks and processors, and proactive risk control.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation oversight across multiple workflows with finance collaboration
• SLA monitoring of third-party providers (processors, acquirers, banks) against SLAs
• Stakeholder collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Continuous process improvement to refine requirements and processes
• Risk control and issue resolution including checks on integrations and incident handling
• Invoice reconciliation for acquirers, processors, and card schemes ensuring revenue attribution
