Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (Food Science / Food Technology / Process Engineering).
• 8–10+ years of experience in pasta manufacturing, product development, or technical service.
• Strong knowledge of durum wheat, flour functionality, extrusion, and drying processes.
• Experience conducting industrial-scale production trials and solving manufacturing challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
