NovaTaste is seeking a hands-on Food Scientist/Operations specialist to join its R&D and OPS activities in Parma. The role focuses on pilot plant maintenance, application trials, raw materials evaluation, and collaboration with Quality, Production, Local Purchasing and CS.

Requirements include a Diploma in Food Science and Technology, 3–5 years in a food company (experience in meat is a plus), and fluent Italian and English.

Competenze

• Diploma in Food Science and Technology or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in a food company (R&D or OPS).
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude, strong team spirit, good communication skills.

Mansioni

• Pilot plant maintenance and implementation of new equipment.
• Planning and realization of application trials at pilot plant, supporting projects and customers’ needs.
• Raw materials evaluation/harmonization.
• Active participation in training/workshop.
• Support to production for optimization and implementation of new formulas.
• Close collaboration with Quality/Production/Local Purchasing/CS.
• Controlling R&D Budget by tracking and categorizing expenses related to product development trials, training initiatives, technical seminars.
• Support integration activities.
