Convertix Italy is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager / Paid Media Lead to drive hands-on delivery across complex Italian accounts and collaborate with the wider Convertix network in Spain. You will balance strategic direction with execution, ensuring high-quality campaigns and client satisfaction.

You will lead multi-market campaigns, optimize budgets, and work with Analytics/CRO to improve attribution. The role offers growth into broader leadership of Paid Media in Italy.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience, ideally in agency and eCommerce.
• Proven ability to lead complex Italian Paid Media accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Fluency in Italian and professional English.

Mansioni

• Own senior delivery of Paid Media across Convertix Italy and collaborate with Spain.
• Develop strategies aligned to business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Lead client meetings and challenge campaign performance constructively.
• Manage hands-on optimization and account architecture review.
• Coordinate with Analytics/CRO for tracking and attribution improvements.
• Mentor and develop the Italian Paid Media team and processes.
