Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy is seeking a Senior Analyst - Manufacturing to own ERP Second Level Support for Oracle EBS manufacturing modules, driving incident resolution and continuous improvements.

You will collaborate with Shift Manager, ERP Product Specialists, and Tech Factory to ensure stable operations, strong SLA adherence, and cross-functional teamwork across the Run operating model.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS functional roles.
• Specialization in at least one Oracle EBS manufacturing module.
• Experience handling complex, unstructured incidents.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex tickets escalated from Triage, ensuring resolution within SLA.
• Perform root-cause analysis and define preventive actions to reduce incidents.
• Coordinate with ERP Product Specialists and ERP Tech Factory for escalation and resolutions.
• Contribute to knowledge base and regression testing for releases.
