Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Controls & Reporting Engineer to support a major offshore oil and gas development from Milan.

The role covers reporting, progress measurement, schedule analysis and management reporting across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities. You will consolidate inputs from multiple disciplines, track KPIs, support EVM, and develop dashboards for client and senior management meetings, ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in Project Controls, Reporting, Planning or Performance PM in Oil & Gas.
• 5+ years offshore project experience on EPC/EPCM/PMC projects.
• Strong scheduling, progress measurement and performance analysis skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and project reporting systems.
• Familiarity with EVM and KPI methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard reporting; Power BI is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in international multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc project reports.
• Consolidate inputs from disciplines to develop integrated status reports.
• Gather progress information from planning and site teams for accuracy.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support EVM, KPI tracking and progress measurement.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for meetings.
• Prepare executive-level reports highlighting risks and mitigations.
• Support forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Ensure reporting compliance with contracts and client standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and HSE teams.
