A global project management firm based in Milan seeks a Project Services Manager to oversee management of cost control, planning, and documentation for oil & gas projects. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience, along with excellent English communication skills. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead significant projects within a thriving international environment.

Hill International is seeking to hire a Project Services Manager for one of our oil&gas projects based in Milano, Italy.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for management of Cost Control, Planning & Progress and Document Control
Accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project Procedures
Data and technical documentation monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the Projects
To ensure that all technical documentation produced for the Project is in accordance with the Project requirements
To provide for archiving of all final documentation at the end of the activity.
Quality and consistency of project package definition
Engineering activities completion according to plan
Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, COMPANY standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency

Key Activities

Management of Cost, Schedule and Documentation functions
Coordinating with project scheduling and analysis engineer in order to match project times and costs
Ensure development and implementation of project procedures for Cost, Schedule and Documentation functions
Project accounting data feeding into enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
Work experience of fifteen (15) years in Project Services / Project Control after earning degree.
Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
