AGAP2 is seeking a Project Reporting Engineer for a major Oil & Gas project based in Milan. You will collect, consolidate, analyze, and present project information to support management in monitoring performance, progress, costs, and schedule.

You will develop dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations for project management and stakeholders, while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and traceability across multi-discipline teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, EPCIC, or PMC projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Based in or willing to work in Milan.

Mansioni

• Consolidate information from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE, cost, and planning teams.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.
• Collect and validate project progress data from planning, cost control, and site teams.
• Analyze project performance, trends, deviations, and potential risks.
• Work with planning data, including Primavera P6 schedules.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and presentations for project management and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and highlight reports.
• Provide clear and concise analysis to support project decision-making.
• Ensure reporting activities follow established project procedures and governance requirements.
• Maintain consistency and traceability of project information.
• Support internal audits and ensure appropriate documentation and records are maintained.
