Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration & Interface Manager to oversee complex technical interfaces for a major oil & gas project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating between engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure full alignment and efficient project delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience. This position is critical for ensuring safe project execution from Assago, Italy, and requires the right to work in Italy.

Competenze

• 15+ years oil & gas project experience, with at least 5 years in PMC or client-representative interface management roles.
• Proven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution, including offshore, subsea, and onshore facilities.
• Strong understanding of engineering design, construction, and commissioning processes in the oil & gas sector.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan.
• Facilitate regular interface coordination meetings.
• Coordinate tie-in and hook-up plans between different facilities.
• Monitor the flow of technical data between interface parties.
• Track critical interface dates and highlight risks of delay.
