Bridgestone is seeking an OE Engineer Stellantis in Vimercate, IT, to lead PC4 OE Consumer Engineering activities for Stellantis within the EMEA region. The role combines engineering leadership with strategic OEM relationship management in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to obtain precise OEM requirements, progress projects, and ensure successful implementation from homologation through mass production.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in an international R&D/Engineering position.
• Fluent in English; Italian and French are highly recommended.
• Strong track record in automotive engineering is required.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the PC4 OE Consumer Engineering activities for Stellantis accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure smooth account management at Global and Regional levels.
• Obtain clear technical requirements from the OEM and keep internal teams informed of project evolution.
• Arrange regular face-to-face meetings with OEMs to track progress and report to Top Management.
• Oversee technical and quality activities from homologation to mass production, supporting PPAP and QPRs.
• Manage technical documentation using Data Base and SharePoint in collaboration with Operations.
• Participate in Cross Functional Teams as OE Engineering representative or OEM voice.
• Lead and execute project activities to meet business objectives and product integrity goals.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring OEM trends and market shifts.
