Stellantis is seeking a Technical Pilot to oversee technical objectives for projects, ensuring configuration control, change management, and cross-functional convergence. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and production plant activities to maintain technical consistency and readiness.

The role emphasizes supporting design validation, BOM management, and issue resolution with strong PMO knowledge, English proficiency, and collaborative, international teamwork.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Knowledge of automotive design, development and manufacturing processes.
• Strong PMO/process know-how and project management experience.
• Experience in product development, industrialization or project coordination is a plus.
• Excellent English (B2+) and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support decision-making and escalate design conflicts and manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate Change Management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Support vehicle configuration, BOM, and technical packages.
• Assist in design validation, process validation, and tooling kick-offs.
• Ensure engineering changes align with planning and industrial needs.
• Coordinate activities with Manufacturing Engineering, production plants and stakeholders.
• Facilitate issue resolution and convergence between product and process.
• Support interface management to ensure robustness and packaging consistency.
• Monitor project technical KPIs and assist reporting.
• Contribute to quality convergence and readiness from prototypes to SOP.
• Coordinate vehicle technical updates on prototype and pre-series vehicles.
