BKN301 is seeking a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead to guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable fintech solutions. You will review code, translate business goals into technical plans, and drive architecture and best practices across projects.

You will lead training, coordinate activities, and ensure adherence to standards while collaborating with global colleagues in a fast-evolving environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (versions 6–10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.

What We’re Looking For
