BKN301, azienda fintech internazionale con uffici a Milano, cerca un Senior .NET Developer - Technical Lead per guidare i team di sviluppo, tradurre obiettivi di prodotto in requisiti tecnici e contribuire direttamente a coding e implementazione.

La posizione è a tempo pieno in un contesto dinamico che valorizza crescita, responsabilità e innovazione; richiesta forte esperienza in C#, .NET Core e TypeScript, con attenzione al miglioramento continuo.

Competenze

• 7+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software.
• Competenze in C# e .NET / .NET Core (6–10).
• Conoscenza solida di ASP.NET Core MVC e Web APIs.
• Competenza in TypeScript.
• Principi SOLID e Clean Code.
• Esperienza con Unit Testing.
• Esperienza con architetture a Microservizi.
• Conoscenza di CI/CD e pratiche correlate.
• Padronanza di Git e GitHub.
• Fluente in inglese.

Mansioni

• Contribuire allo sviluppo e revisioni di Pull Request per garantire qualità del codice.
• Tradurre obiettivi di prodotto in requisiti tecnici chiari e linee guida di implementazione.
• Supportare i team nello definire approcci tecnici e risolvere sfide di implementazione.
• Organizzare training e attività di condivisione della conoscenza.
• Coordinare attività tecniche tra i Development team per allineamento ed esecuzione.
• Promuovere standard di sviluppo e qualità ingegneristica.

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Developer - Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
• Organize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Promote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (versions 6-10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.
