BKN301 cerca un Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead per guidare i team di sviluppo e i progetti fintech. Sarai responsabile di supportare i team, definire requisiti tecnici, coordinare attività e contribuire direttamente al coding.

Contribuirai alla formazione tecnica, al controllo di qualità e al miglioramento continuo delle pratiche ingegneristiche, con un focus su microservizi, CI/CD e code reviews.

Competenze

• 7+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software.
• Competenza in C# e .NET / .NET Core (6–10).
• Conoscenza di ASP.NET Core MVC e Web APIs.
• Competenza in TypeScript.
• Comprensione di principi SOLID e Clean Code.
• Esperienza con test unitari.
• Esperienza con architetture a microservizi.
• Conoscenza di pipeline CI/CD e pratiche correlate.
• Competenza in Git e GitHub.
• Inglese fluente.

Mansioni

• Contribuire allo sviluppo e revisioni Pull Request per garantire qualità del codice.
• Tradurre obiettivi di prodotto in requisiti tecnici chiari e linee guida di implementazione.
• Supportare i team di sviluppo nel definire approcci tecnici e affrontare sfide di implementazione.

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead, you’ll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
• Organize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Promote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (versions 6–10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.

• Permanent, full-time contract with a salary range of €40.000 – €45.000 RAL, based on experience and skills.
