subrosa Health & Capital group seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) for Italy to support an oncology launch. The role focuses on building scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs and study sites, and preparing the medical launch strategy.

We offer a home-based position with a highly autonomous, cross-functional environment and opportunities to work with international teams. Travel up to 60% is expected within Italy.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years of MSL or equivalent experience in Italy.
• Strong oncology expertise with lung/GI cancer focus preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and study sites.
• Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate clinical data.
• Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute territory insights to medical planning and launch readiness.
