subrosa Health & Capital group is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) for Italy to support the launch of an innovative oncology therapy and to strengthen Medical Affairs with KOLs, HCPs and study sites across Italy.

You will lead peer‑to‑peer scientific exchanges, communicate clinical data, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to launch readiness and strategic medical planning in a fast‑growing biotechnolgy environment.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical field.
• 8+ years of MSL or comparable industry experience in Italy.
• Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred.

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites

We are currently looking for experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) to support the expansion of its Medical Affairs organization in Italy and contribute to the preparation of a highly promising oncology launch.

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites
• Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate relevant clinical data
• Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams
• Contribute territory insights to medical planning, launch readiness and engagement priorities

Your profile

• Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline
• 8+ years of MSL or comparable industry experience in Italy
• Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory
