subrosa Health & Capital group is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) to support the expansion of its Medical Affairs activities in Italy and contribute to a groundbreaking oncology launch.

The role focuses on building scientific relationships, leading peer-to-peer exchanges, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness with a home-based setup.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years of MSL or comparable industry experience in Italy.
• Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites.
• Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate relevant clinical data.
• Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams.
• Contribute territory insights to medical planning, launch readiness and engagement priorities.

Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) Italy
