subrosa Health & Capital group seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) to support the expansion of its Medical Affairs presence in Italy, focusing on an oncology launch for RAS-driven cancers. The role emphasizes building scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs and clinical study sites, leading peer-to-peer exchanges and collaborating cross-functionally to shape launch readiness.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years of MSL or comparable industry experience in Italy.
• Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites
• Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate relevant clinical data
• Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams
• Contribute territory insights to medical planning, launch readiness and engagement priorities
