Allianz in Monza, Italy is seeking an experienced Motor Pricing Analyst to support the pricing team in data collection, modeling, tariff development and quote preparation.

You will evaluate model quality, produce KPI reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing decisions. This hands-on analytics role offers impact through tariff optimization and data-driven pricing, requiring strong SAS, Python, and Office skills and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Master's degree in quantitative subjects (Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
• 5–7 years of Motor pricing experience in Insurance Companies or Consultancy
• Proficient with SAS, Python and Office suite (including VBA for Excel)
• Advanced analytical skills (GLM/Machine Learning)
• Experience with Fleets and Automotive quotes is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English

In this role you will support the Motor Pricing Team across data collection, exploration, predictive modeling, tariff development and quote preparation. You will work on technical analyses aligned with Group Best Practice and contribute to fleet and automotive pricing initiatives. You will evaluate model quality, produce KPI-based reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing decisions. This is a hands-on, analytics-driven position at Allianz, offering impact through Tariff optimization and data-driven pricing.

• Develop independent technical analyses in line with Group Best Practice throughout the Tariff process, including data collection and preparation for analytics
• Conduct Overall Rate Requirement analysis
• Apply advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral models
• Regularly assess model quality and accuracy of analyses
• Create reports based on updated predicted KPIs
