Allianz invites applications for a Junior Pricing Actuary based in Italy. You will join the Portfolio Performance & Advanced Analytics team to manage tariffs for motor and non-motor lines and analyze profitability KPIs of the portfolio.

You will define tariffs using statistical models and profitability analyses while supporting data collection and simulations. Through cross-functional collaboration in a global environment, you will contribute to data-driven decisions to optimize profitability

Competenze

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

In this role you will join the Portfolio Performance & Advanced Analytics team to manage tariffs for motor and non-motor lines and analyze main profitability KPIs of the portfolio. You will define and review tariffs using statistical and profitability analyses, support data collection and simulations, and monitor portfolio performance. The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaborators in a global, inclusive environment and a focus on data-driven decision making to optimize profitability.
