Allianz Italia in Milano is seeking a Motor Pricing Analyst to support the Pricing Team across data collection, modeling and tariff development for motor insurance.

The role requires 2–4 years in motor pricing, strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAS and Python, and fluency in Italian and English. You\'ll work independently and with stakeholders to refine models and deliver accurate quotes.

Competenze

• Master's degree in quantitative fields (e.g. Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics).
• 2–4 years of motor pricing experience in insurance or consultancy.
• Proficient in SAS, Python, and Office suite (incl. VBA for Excel).
• Advanced analytical skills (GLM and machine learning).
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

• Develop independent technical analyses aligned with Group Best Practice across the full tariff process.
• Data collection and preparation for analysis and modeling.
• Technical analysis with advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral models.
• Scenario testing to evaluate tariff impact on portfolio performance.
• Develop independently Fleets and Automotive quotes and interface with stakeholders.
