Allianz in Italy is seeking a Motor Pricing Analyst to support the Motor Pricing Team with data collection, modeling, and tariff development for motor insurance. You will work within Group Best Practices to analyze risk, run scenario tests, and assess model quality, contributing to pricing that drives portfolio performance.

The role involves developing independent analyses, data prep for modeling, rate requirement analysis, and advanced statistical techniques.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in quantitative subjects.
• 2-4 years experience in Motor pricing in Insurance Companies/Consultancy.
• Proficient with SAS and Python.
• Advanced analytical skills (GLM/Machine Learning).
• Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken).
